Leak Detection & Automatic Water Shutoff
Leak sensors and a compatible automatic shutoff valve can close the domestic water main when a configured leak condition is detected, helping limit water damage. We coordinate the valve installation with your plumber and plan alerts for you or your caretaker, plus remote control where supported.
Wi-Fi Where Life Happens
An office, a busy kitchen, a terrace, a pool. We plan access-point locations, wired connections, capacity, and coverage around the way the property is used.
Primary & Backup Internet
We can arrange a primary internet service and a secondary connection through another provider, Starlink, or a suitable cellular service. Ubiquiti UniFi gateways with WAN failover can switch to an available backup when the primary connection fails. We plan coverage, data allowances, backup power, and essential remote services together; a changeover can briefly interrupt connections.
Organized Infrastructure
Soundwaves specifies technology cabling for the equipment, signal requirements, and run lengths, then installs, labels, tests, and documents it. Careful routing, organized racks, and clear records help our team service and expand the system over time. We coordinate pathways, power, ventilation, and access with the project team.
Fluke Versiv Cable Certification
For homes and businesses where certification is required, we use Fluke Versiv equipment to test supported network cabling against the agreed project specification and supply documented results. The cable type, test requirements, and labeled connections are established together so the handover includes a clear record of measured performance.
Support for an Existing Property
We can review an existing network or technology system, identify recurring problems, and define an appropriate upgrade. For seasonal and multiple-home owners, we coordinate access and responsibilities with caretakers and property teams, including who receives alerts and who follows up.
